ZWG horizontal cylinder grille is suitable for the pretreatment of waste water and removes small impurities in the water.

This machine is a horizontal drum structure, using a cycloidal pinwheel reducer and chain drive. Wastewater enters the overflow channel from the feed inlet, and after a steady flow, it is evenly distributed on the inner wall of the grid that rotates in the direction of the reverse flow. The filter residue trapped in the grid is automatically discharged from the slag discharge end under the action of the guide plate on the inner wall of the grid. Due to the reverse relative movement between the wastewater and the grid cylinder, the water passing rate is improved and the adhesion of the filter residue to the grid is reduced, thereby improving the filtration and recovery efficiency. Under the guidance of the protective cover, the filtrate flowing out of the grille gathers directly under the grille and flows away from the water outlet.

1.The work is simple and convenient, and no special person is required to be on duty. 

2.The filtration efficiency is high, and it can continuously and automatically perform drainage and slag discharge, and the concentration of slag discharge is more than 5%. 

3.The separation effect is good, the removal rate of solid matter is above 90%, and the fiber recovery rate of papermaking wastewater is 80%. 

4.Low maintenance cost, because the transmission part of the machine does not directly contact with the wastewater, so it is not easy to be corroded, and because of the long life of the grid, it does not need to be replaced frequently, and the maintenance rate and maintenance cost are low. 

5.Low operating cost. The installed capacity of the motor is only 0.75~22KW/set. Also consume a small amount of backwash water or compressed air. Compared with other types of filters, the energy consumption is low. Small footprint. The installation area of the largest model of this series of products does not exceed 12m.
