ZDG mobile grab cleaning machine is widely used in various water intakes. ZDG series grating consists of four parts: grating, suspension monorail series, mobile trolley and grab device. Suspension monorails are made of thick steel and fit perfectly over the top of the mobile trolley, providing tracks for the mobile drive and support rollers.The grid is installed in the grid well, and the suspended track is supported by a hollow square tube, extending to all working positions and unloading areas. The mobile trolley consists of a grab lifting device and a hydraulic station responsible for the opening and closing of the grab. The mobile trolley is driven by a reduction box installed on the top of one end of the trolley. Polyurethane-protected rollers run on the inside of the suspended monorail, and another pair of free-moving support wheels ensures that the trolley remains parallel to the track. The power of the trolley includes power and monorail movement. The grab mechanism consists of a series of racks that can be opened or closed by hydraulic rams. The hydraulic oil pipe supports and drives the power from the mobile trolley to move along the suspended monorail. The hydraulic oil pipe transmits the power from the hydraulic station on the mobile trolley to the hydraulic jack, and the oil pipe is wound on the tensioned drum and operates synchronously with the bucket lifting device. The bucket is held in the upper part by a spring-loaded swing stop plate.
When running, the trolley and the rake bucket move to the first working position along the guide rail when the tines are opened, and the switch is sensed by the induction plate installed on the guide rail, and then get off and stop, and the grid on the top of the rake bucket The strips together push the accumulated garbage to the bottom of the grille; when reaching the bottom of the grille, the rake bucket stops, and the rake teeth are closed by hydraulic push rods. Then the rake bucket rises together with the collected rubbish. When the rake bucket reaches the top position, the trolley moves in reverse to the discharge position, then the grab bucket opens, and the garbage enters the garbage bin for subsequent processing. Then, the trolley and bucket move to the next working position. In the automatic mode, each working position is selected and positioned by the induction board installed in the guide rail through PLC. When all working positions have been cleaned, the trolley returns and stops at the initial position.If there are a lot of garbage or other obstacles that prevent the rake bucket from reaching the bottom, the rope release device on the trolley will stop the trolley from going down, and at the same time close the rake and lift it up. The collected garbage will be brought to the discharge station and discharged. Then the trolley moves to the next working position and continues the next cycle. Lifting in place and lowering to the bottom are conveyed by an electricdriven oil pump, which is directly installed on the oil tank of the mobile trolley. When the rake bucket reaches the bottom of the grille, the limit switch is controlled by the PLC to stop the downward movement, the hydraulic pump works, and the electromagnetic reversing valve guides the oil circuit to close the rake bucket. Then the electrical control system makes the machine work in sequence until the trolley reaches the discharge position, and the reversing valve guides the oil circuit to open the rake bucket. When the rake bucket is fully opened and in place, the hydraulic pump motor stops running and waits for the start of the next working cycle.In addition to the above-mentioned reversing valve, a relief valve is also installed in the oil circuit so that the oil pump starts to unload when the pressure reaches 120bar.
