CECEP ZHAOSHENG
ZG-I type rotary-drum grid is one of the newly developed complete sets of series of products for water supply and drainage pre-treatment in our plant. Referring to the imported equipment, this product is independently designed as a domestic initiative project that passes the appraisal of scientific and technological achievements (No.: 2003EB060572), it is also a provincial high-tech product (No.: 030282G0080N), getting a national patent (No.: ZL 02260164.3). This product is widely used in sewage treatment projects such as urban sewage, industrial wastewater, food processing industry, paper-making industry, etc. This equipment is used for salvaging and removing the floating objects and sediments at the intake end of water sources and pressing the screenings to squeeze out the water and then remove them.
This equipment is installed in the water channel, angled at 35° from horizontal, the sewage water flows into the drum at one end of rotary drum, and then the water flows out of grid-gap on the lateral sides of the rotary drum, floating objects and suspended solids and the like in the water can stay in the drum, which is rotating at a certain speed, a nylon brush and a wash water nozzle at the top of the drum will help remove the screenings, which will be pressed to squeeze out the water with the help of screw conveyor to be delivered to the discharge hopper at the upper end and then carried away on a conveyor.
• The grid and the water flow form an angel of 35°, much of the trash can be separated even its thickness is less thick than grid gap due to the formation of baffling.
• A flusher is equipped in the grid, with self-cleaning function.
• The cylindrical structure makes the grid have an increased water flow compared with the traditional grid, with its decreased head loss, and moreover, the surface of accumulation is decreased in front of the grid.
• All parts in contact with water are made of stainless steel, and these parts have been processed with pickling and passivating techniques, with strong corrosion resistance and a long service life in all domestic sewage treatment and the majority of industrial water treatment.
• With the help of the integrated workflow of salvaging, conveying and pressing, the occupied area is decreased and the cost for subsequent refuse disposal can be also cut down.
• There is almost no need for maintenance, no refueling is needed at the rotation point, and the refueling times required for the driving device is very few.
