ZGC type rotary solid-liquid separator is one of the main products of the complete set of water supply and drainage pretreatment equipment in our factory. This equipment is currently the most advanced device that can continuously and automatically remove various shapes of impurities in the liquid for the purpose of solidliquid separation. The product has been successfully used in more than 1,000 large and small projects such as the second phase of Shanghai sewage treatment project, Zhenjiang sewage treatment project, Shanghai Water Supply Company and Hangzhou Sibao sewage treatment plant, and has achieved good social benefits. ZGC type rotary solid-liquid separator is widely used in rainwater and sewage pretreatment in towns and communities; Separation of sundries from industrial wastewater such as slaughtering, medicine, papermaking, chemical fiber, textile, printing and dyeing.
ZGC type rotary solid-liquid separator is mainly composed of frame, power transmission device, rake teeth and transmission chain. The plow-shaped rake teeth made of ABS engineering plastics, nylon 6, nylon 1010 or stainless steel are distributed on the rake tooth shaft in a certain order to form a closed rake tooth chain. The lower part is installed in the water channel and driven by the transmission system. The entire rake tooth chain on the water-facing surface will move from bottom to top, and carry solid debris to separate from the liquid, and the liquid will flow through the gaps of the rake teeth, and the whole working process will be carried out continuously.
When the rake tooth chain carries debris to the upper end and moves in reverse, there will be a relative self-eliminating motion between the two rows of rake teeth connected before and after. The sundries are forced to fall off by gravity; at the same time, a pair of rubber brushes with opposite moving directions of the rake tooth chain are arranged at the rear of the equipment to ensure that each row of rake teeth can be thoroughly brushed when it moves to this position.
