The ZGS wire rope grill cleaning machine has a large bucket volume and large traction force, which is suitable for salvaging garbage in the water inlet channel. It is the practical and ideal equipment in the current pollution control grille.

The equipment is mainly composed of decontamination rake bucket, lifting parts, grille, decontamination push rod, control system, frame and ground support. During the working process, the dirt bucket is first opened, and the driving device makes it go down to the lowest point. Under the action of the control parts, the rake is closed, and then it goes up, and the dirt trapped on the grid is scraped along the direction of the grid. Go up to the slag outlet, use the decontamination push rod to push the dirt to the garbage collection device, and the rake bucket stops going up. This completes a work process. 

In order to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the equipment, the wire rope grille is designed with double protection devices at each work exchange point. The wire rope of the ZGS wire rope grid cleaning machine is made of stainless steel. The gap between the bars can be selected in the range of 20-100mm according to the requirements, and the well depth can be selected according to the design requirements.
